Mathan Erisseri.(Yellow pumpkin curry)

Mathan Erisseri

Mathan means yellow pumpkin . Erisseri is one of the traditional dish of Kerala. We can make erisseri with different veggies like yam and plantain. I love erisseri with Mathan  or yellow pumpkin ( not too ripped) .This goes very well with hot rice. Erisseri is a mix of  masala and fried coconut using coconut oil.

Preparation time approx 20 minutes.
